"BOOing" The Neighbors - 2012

Our Halloween tradition of "BOOing" the neighbors continues.  As nighttime fell upon our neighborhood, we all dressed in dark colors, popped on a glow stick bracelet, and hopped in the van.  We took turns pairing up and dropping off a bag of goodies to some neighbors... ringing the doorbell and running as fast as we could back to the van and driving off before the neighbor opened their door.  I must say that Brian and I are the best "BOOing" pair.  Tyler made lots of noise and just couldn't run fast enough.  Katie still enjoys just watching all the action from her comfy seat in the van.  This year we gave some of our favorite neighbors a bag of popcorn and a big scoop of homemade Muddy Buddies.

The air is cool, the season fall.
Soon Halloween will come to all.
Ghosts and Goblins, spooks galore...
Tricky witches at your door.

The spooks are after things to do.
In fact, a spook brought this "BOO!" to you.
The excitement comes when friends like you
Copy this note and make it two.

We'll all have smiles upon our faces,
no one will know who BOO'ed who's places!
Just two short days to work your spell,
Keep it secret! Hide it well!

Join the fun for the season's here
So spread the BOO! and Halloween cheer.
