Father's Day Photo Tips

With Father's Day just around the corner, I thought it'd be fun to share this post I just loved: Father's Day Photo Tips.  Me Ra Koh was on The Nate Berkus Show and gave these fabulous tips.  It doesn't matter what age the kids are, Me Ra Koh shares some fun ideas of capturing dad (or grandpa) with the kids.  Pick up your camera and give it a try.  Have fun!

Father's Day Feast

I haven't been making big meals lately. But for Father's Day, I made a FEAST (with Brian's help). We tried a new recipe for sweet and sour chicken. We also made homemade french bread, mashed potatoes, and corn on the cob. For dessert, we had homemade strawberry shortcake. Mmm, Mmm, Good!

HaPPY FaTHER'S DaY!!!

To My Man Sam:

I'm amazed by you. One of the first things I noticed about you was your persistance. You pursued me. You came right up to me and asked if you could sit across from me. After enjoying lunch together, you asked if you could meet me the following day for lunch. Soon after that, we exchanged contact information. Over that summer, you continued to call me and you wrote me lots of letters. We dated, got engaged, and married.... yaDa, YadA, Yada. One thing that I love about you is that you know how to get what you want. You persist.

You and I now have a family of our own. It's so fun to watch you with our boys. I know that you thoroughly enjoy our family walks on the mountain trails as well as your BOY TIME (doing the whole bedtime routine). You are so involved in our boys' lives and that means alot to me. You take fatherhood seriously. You are one fabulous father! i LoVE YoU!

To My Dad:

I'm amazed by you. I don't know how you could juggle medical school, several jobs, a wife, and four little kids... WoAH... you must've been exhausted all the time. But you did it... and went on to raise 8 great kids. Now you have three grandsons to enjoy... LuCKY YoU :) And your family will just keep growing and growing. Thank you for all you've done for me over the years... helping me with my Math homework, taking me to all those Youth Activities, and teaching me how to work hard. I can't wait to see you in a few weeks! Tyler is excited to finally meet you! i LoVE YoU!

To My Grandpa Jerry:

I'm amazed by you. You've raised 5 great kids. You've created such a legacy. Everyone loves coming to your farm. Growing up, I loved coming to visit, even if it was corn harvest day. I always brag about your corn being the best corn in the world! And I still love it when we go on John Deere tractor rides. You are one of the hardest workers I know. I can't wait to see you in a couple weeks! i LoVE YoU!

To My Father in-law, Fred:

I'm amazed by you. You have raised such a wonderful family, a family that will continue to grow. You are at a great stage in your life, almost ready to retire, and you have all these grandkids... LuCKY You :) You have truly blessed the lives of your family with your knowledge of the gospel. Thank you for all you've done for our little family. You've given us great advice. We can't wait to have you living closer to us. WE LoVE YoU!
