Words of Wisdom

“Enduring to the end is not just a matter of passively tolerating life’s difficult circumstances or hanging in there. Ours is an active religion, helping God’s children along the straight and narrow path to develop their full potential during this life and return to Him someday. Viewed from this perspective, enduring to the end is exalting and glorious not grim and gloomy. This is a joyful religion, one of hope, strength and deliverance.” - Elder Dieter F. Uchtdorf

“Have courage for the great sorrows of life and patience for the small ones; and when you have laboriously accomplished your daily tasks, go to sleep in peace. God is awake.”

“Choose a companion carefully and prayerfully; and when you are married, be fiercely loyal one to another. Priceless advice comes from a small framed plaque I once saw in the home of an uncle and aunt. It read, “Choose your love; love your choice.”
—President Thomas S. Monson
