On President's Day, our family and Jenny's family took in a trip to the Lied Discovery Children's Museum. It was fun to spend well over 3 hours there just playing and having fun as a family. One of my favorite displays was the bubble table.
Tyler's favorite display was the airplane. As you can see, he loved playing pilot...
until Brian tried to take over the pilot's seat. They didn't want to co-pilot even though there was room for both of them.
Other fun displays were the ball popper, the ball obstacle course, and the large, life-size camera.
Brian's two favorite displays were the car garage where he got to play auto mechanic
and the kid sized Smith's grocery store.
Brian is not only a Smith's grocery store patron, he created is own form of "self check out."
Don't you worry, we've raised an honest boy. Brian is not stealing money, he is paying cash for his groceries.
Later on, I took Tyler to the kid grocery store. Tyler should be in the Children's Museum's jail right now. What is his crime, you ask?! Tyler stole a plastic pineapple from the Smith's grocery store. Luckily, the security guards there didn't notice!

I used to love to go there as a kid! It looks like your kids enjoyed it too! I can't wait until Abbey is old enough so I can take her there!
is that museum in salt lake? looks awesome.
Becky- This museum is in Vegas. It was totally worth the $ to take the kids. I hear the Discovery Gateway Children's Museum is pretty awesome too.
Lisa, I'm so happy you and your family came to visit us! It was soooo much fun! You have to come again :)
