1. An Eternal Family. Lately, I've been thinking alot about Baby Evan (in the previous post) and how hard it must be for him and his parents. I don't know how I'd deal with a situation like theirs. Jeff and Ali are a very neat couple and are well rooted in the gospel. They've been savoring every moment that they have with their baby. Reading about their experiences so far as parents has made me enjoy my time with my boys more. Life is precious. I'm so glad that Sam and I have been sealed in the temple and that our family can be together forever.
2. No More Snow. (Biggest grin ever from me :D ) Instead, sunshine! (Cue music.) ~~ It's gonna be a bright...bright...bright sunshiney day! ~~
3. Activity Days. In my church, another woman and I are in charge of Activity Days (for the 8 to 11 year old girls.) We've only had three activities so far, but I'm really excited for next week's activity at my place.
4. The Simple Life. Ever since I've moved last May, I've been trying to simplify my life as well as the lives of others. I try really hard not to compare myself to others. I try to live in the moment and enjoy the things that I do have. I strive to improve myself daily. I try to not overbook my days with unnecessary things so that I can spend quality time with my family. I serve others. I keep my life simple so that I can more fully enjoy the beauty around me, reflect back on days gone by, and plan for the future.
