To buy or not to buy?!

Here's our old t.v. We bought it soon after we got married and have had it ever since. We adorned it with a "crown" (an antenna) that did it's job for several years. The antenna picked up about 5 channels at our old apartment. In the end, Brian demolished the antenna. Getting cable has been an ongoing disagreement with us. Sam grew up without cable t.v. and I grew up with cable t.v. I've always wanted cable, but Sam didn't. I told him that I would win this disagreement eventually.
And I FINALLY WON! Check out our newest purchases! Here's our 46 inch Sony LCD t.v. along with a beautiful cherry, child-proof t.v. stand. We love it! Dish Network came and hooked us up with a satellite. And Sam admits that he loves it all! Hooray for our big t.v., Dish Network, our t.v. stand, and our blu ray player!!! (Oh, and don't worry, we still have the old t.v. It's now in our bedroom, but there's no need for it to wear it's "crown"). We love TECHNOLOGY!!! Oh, and a BIG shout out to my friend, Lindsay! She watched the boys and let me borrow her Jeep. I met Sam at the furniture store and we picked out our t.v. stand. We had shopped for a long time and saw this beauty. We sure got a good deal on it. It was the last one in stock, the price was right, and we didn't have to pay for delivery. We just brought it home in Lindsay's Jeep. Thanks, Lindsay! Lindsay drove 2 hours to see me. We stayed up late talking and had a fun time. I'm so glad you came!
