Try-it-Tuesday

Seasoned Pork Roast and Rice

1 boneless center cut pork loin roast
16 oz. bottle of Zesty Italian dressing
1 clove garlic
1/4 C. chopped onion
rice

Put all the ingredients in the crockpot (except for the rice) on low for 5-7 hours. About 30 minutes before pork is done, cook rice on stovetop. Serve over rice. (This meal serves several people).

Hey Lisa, Tom and I just got back from a trip to the Grand Canyon. We drove past Jacob's Lake and I thought of you as we did. It wasn't really what I expected, I thought there would be a lake...guess I was wrong. Anyway, hope things are going well for you! Rumor has it we are going to get released from Primary next week...we'll see. We miss you though, hope you are loving Logan! I loved your pictures of Bear Lake! How did you get all of the pictures in that square like that? You are the blog expert, you need to teach me. I am slowly coming along though, I did two more posts which is huge for me.
