Update on Katie's Broken Leg

Sam took Katie to the doctor last week.  They cut her cast all the way down on both sides of her leg and took a x-ray.  Her leg is healing nicely.  She still has to wear her cast until Dec. 18th and then she will have to wear a walking boot for atleast 4 weeks.  Starting on Dec. 4th, we're suppose to take her cast off 2-3 times a day and have Katie put pressure on her leg, but not walk on it.  They put 3 strips of Velcro her cast so so that we can remove the cast for bathing.

Aunt Emily and Uncle Nate sent Katie this awesome Disney Princess coloring book and princess crowns.

And Daddy takes Katie for an evening walk around the block.  Katie wanted to get a better look at the pink sky.
