The setup:
I tried twice to get Julia's newborn pictures. Both attempts were when Julia was well rested, bathed, and fed, and just home with me. I set up everything and got my camera ready. I got really excited for the possibilities of different poses, and this is all I ended up with:
She was SO fussy! I am bound and determined to get Julia to cooperate for me. Since these two super short photo shoots, I've tried to take her pictures of her wearing her beautiful blessing dress, and, you guessed it... she cried the whole time.
Attempt #2: Julia stayed sleeping but only if she was wrapped up tight in her blanket.
I wish I had time to edit these photos.
