"BOOing" the Nieghbors

This is one of our favorite family traditions.

This year, I made it less stressful and more fun.  I just bought some fun Halloween bags, some candy, and microwave popcorn.  The boys helped me bag up the goodies and draw ghosts on the BOO poem papers.

The air is cool, the season fall.
Soon Halloween will come to all.
Ghosts and Goblins, spooks galore...
Tricky witches at your door.

The spooks are after things to do.
In fact, a spook brought this "BOO!" to you.
The excitement comes when friends like you
Copy this note and make it two.

We'll all have smiles upon our faces,
no one will know who BOO'ed who's places!
Just two short days to work your spell,
Keep it secret! Hide it well!

Join the fun for the season's here
So spread the BOO! and Halloween cheer.

Once it got dark outside, we dressed up in black, put glow sticks around our wrists, and went to work.  Brian and I were partners and Tyler and Sam were partners.  Katie just watched all the action from the comfort of her car seat.  Brian and I were really good at doorbell ditching the goodies.  Tyler was SO tired and cranky and he kept falling down.  So, I'm sure some of our neighbors knew it was him.  Good times!
