Mommy & ME

I saw this idea on Becky's blog (a fabulous blog I ran across last week.) You print out the questionnaire that can be found in this post. When you find a quiet moment in your day, set your camera to the self-timer mode and call your child to join you. Make them feel like a celebrity and tell your child that you want to ask them some questions.  Fill out word for word what your child's responses are. Do the "Mommy & Me" interview at least once a year and keep the filled out interview papers somewhere special. It was really fun for me to do this with Tyler this morning. Tyler could hear the camera beeping (the self-timer mode counting down to take the picture) and just had to look at the camera.
And here are Tyler's responses to the interview questions:

What is your favorite movie(s)?  Princess (he means "The Princess and The Frog")

What is your favorite book(s)?  Cars

What makes you happy? No.  I don't want to be happy.  No. No.

What makes you sad?  My brothers hurt me.

What is your most favorite food to eat?  peanut buttered bageld (bagel)

What is your favorite song to sing?  Monkeys ("Five Little Monkeys")

What is your favorite game(s) to play?  Shoot (shooting hoops in the toy room)

Can you write your name for me?  (Tyler grabbed my pen and scribbled a slightly wavy line.)
