After seeing Tyler sneak off to the back patio to ride Caleb's big boy bike,
we decided that it was time for Tyler to get a big boy bike of his own. Tyler had no clue he was getting a new bike. It was so fun surprising him. We had Tyler come to the garage and cover his eyes. The look on his face was priceless when he saw his new set of wheels... eyes and mouth opened as wide as possible with his sticky hands on his cheeks! He has been in little boy heaven ever since. Church and school parking lots are Tyler's favorite places to ride around.
(Tyler is wearing his favorite clothes: a nice polo shirt from Grandma Hallstrom, his favorite super beat up hand-me-down shorts from the early 90's, faded blue socks, and his church shoes. This boy has a style of his own.)
Several times a day, Tyler raises his arms up proudly exclaiming, "I GOT a NEW BiKE!!!" He not only says this to us, but to random people at church and to our family members on the phone. Tyler is a responsible bike rider and always remembers to wear his helmet.

He definitely has a style of his own...ha ha. The new bike looks like it's treating him well.
I also noticed that the grass is greening up....good right.
that was pretty funny at the picnic you told him to tell us he got a new bike, and he got all excited and ran over and told Sam. haha
