Thankful Thursday (I mean Friday)

1.  Family Visitors.  Last Friday, Laura and I were talking on the phone.  Laura wanted to get out of Provo for the weekend, so I went and picked her up after dinner.  On Saturday, Sam took all of us up to Bear Lake for most of the day.  It was fun to hang out by the lake.  Sam, Brian, and Tyler had so much fun playing in the water.  Katie was a good sport and enjoyed time in the sun.  We just had to get Bear Lake's famous thick raspberry milkshakes before we went home.  They are SO yummy!  Sadly, I didn't take my camera on this trip.  Amy came up for the evening.  She brought her boyfriend, Nathan with her because she really wanted us to meet him.  No more than two minutes after they walked in the door, Amy threw her left hand in my face to show me her newest piece of jewelry... an engagement ring!  I screamed out of pure shock and gave her a huge hug.  We had Philly sandwiches for dinner.  After my boys went to bed, the rest of us watched the movie, "When in Rome."  It was a fun movie.  We all chatted for awhile and got to know Nate better.  Nate is a great guy.  He will fit right in to our large family.  Amy and Nate are getting married this October! 

2.  Snapfish.com had some great deals that I couldn't pass up... 50 - 4x6" prints for 50 cents (plus shipping) and 99 - 4x6" prints for 99 cents (plus shipping.)  I'm still waiting for the second batch of pictures to come in the mail.  I have done a couple of projects with my pictures that I'll have to write about soon.  Thanks to Jenny for telling me about the awesome deals!
