2. Potty Training Progress. Last weekend was a very long weekend. We spend most of the time at home keeping a close eye on Tyler. Tyler kept taking off his diaper when it was just a little wet. We probably went through ten diapers a day... over twice as many as most days. He sure was showing signs of being ready to potty train, but did not want to sit on the short little training toilet. Two nights ago, right as we finished dinner, Tyler ran upstairs, down the hall to the bathroom, pulled his diaper and pants off, sat on the little potty and peed in the potty! There wasn't any prompting from us. We made a big deal about it, made Tyler a sticker chart, and rewarded him with a sticker. Yesterday, Tyler had a few successful times on the potty, again without any promptings from us. Hmmm... maybe this kid will potty train himself?!
