1. Surprises. Sam surprised me this weekend and painted our baby girl's room! We bought the paint on Saturday afternoon and he got right to work that evening. He did a great job and the room looks great. I didn't think he'd get it done so fast. Thanks, Sam! I'll post pictures once we get the room all decorated.
2. Parties. I enjoy throwing parties. My neighbor, Jen and I threw a baby shower for our friend, Jenny last Saturday. Jen and I had fun making the invitations and planning everything. I loved the food. We served homemade ham wraps, baby carrots, White Christmas Popcorn, cake, and pink lemonade (spiked with Sprite). Jenny got some great gifts. We played a fun game and I think everyone had fun.
3. Sisterfest. My oldest sister, Amy had an extra ticket to a show and invited me to come. I left right after Sam got home from work and drove down to see the comedian, Brian Regan live. Brian Regan and Joe Bolster (the comedian who opened the show) both got me laughing so hard that I cried! The show was highly entertaining and it's always nice to go to a show knowing that all the jokes are clean jokes. After the show, we stopped by Cold Stone to pick up some ice cream (well, a fruit smoothie for me). As usual, Amy and I stayed up really late talking. Good times!

Do you not like Lucky Charms, I buy those every week it's my favorite cereal! I can't wait to see the baby's room, that was sweet of Sam to paint it for you. Thanks again for the shower it was so much fun, and you did a great job planning it.
