Carmel Dip

This tastes great with freshly cut apples!!!

Seriously Yummy Carmel Dip
From: Sarah Granata

1 pkg. softened cream cheese
3/4 C. brown sugar
1/4 C. white sugar
1-2 tsp. vanilla

Blend all ingredients with a mixer for several minutes until sugar is not grainy. To me, it tastes better cold, so refrigerate the dip before you eat it, if you want to.
