Click Collage to EnlargeOur friends, Emily and Lamar May came up to visit us over the weekend. They brought their three kids with them... Jacob 3, Joseph 1 1/2, and Elizabeth 4 months. (We were in the May's ward back when we lived in Pleasant Grove, Utah. Jacob and Brian were good buddies. They were so excited to see each other and had a great time playing together). We had a yummy homemade lasagna dinner soon after the Mays arrived on Friday night followed by some fun in the backyard. On Saturday, we spent most of the day at Bear Lake. They rented a paddle boat for all of us to enjoy. (Thanks Guys)! We took turns taking our kids out on the boat. I got soaked, but had fun. All of us just had to try the famous raspberry milkshakes that everyone raves about. Man, were they delicious! Then, we took the kids on a hike in the Cache Valley Forest. I believe the trail we went on was called the Limber Pines Trail. It was very pretty. Jacob and Brian insisted on holding my hands as we hiked. They sure are curious boys and love to explore. By the end of the day, I could totally tell that Jacob had a crush on me. He would get the biggest grin on his face and would blush whenever I would talk to him. Thanks for coming to visit! We had a great time!

I love the Mays. I heard that they had a baby girl and that they moved from PG. Man I sure miss those guys. We were their VT werent we?
Anyways Jacob is such a sweet heart and always has been. Good times. Thanks for sharing.
Karla- yeah, we VT Emily. They live in Tooele now. we had a fun time w/ them.
