Here's Brian (in the middle wearing the dark striped shirt) with some of his classmates:

The program was so cute. They played two songs and had the kids do the hand gestures. Then the kids all left the room and returned one by one to receive their awards. (The kids that were moving on to Kindergarten in the fall got diplomas). I loved watching Brian walk into the room all by himself with his blue construction paper graduation cap on. He looked so handsome and grown up. Brian was awarded "The Most Energetic Award." That award definitely sounds like my boy and I'm glad that he is energetic in preschool. I'm very proud of my big boy.

After the awards ceremony, they had a slideshow put to music which covered the entire school year. Then there was a reception in his classroom. Brian brought "red juice" (Hawaiian Punch) to share. He sure ate alot of cookies.

Looking back, Brian has grown so much. He is more confident in himself, he makes friends easily, and speaks more clearly. He has added several more words to his vocabulary and he now sometimes speaks in short sentences. These two ladies have worked really hard with Brian. I don't know how I will ever repay these ladies for all their hard work. They are amazing. Thank you, ThANk YoU, THANK YOU!

We made a big deal about Brian completing another year of preschool. On our way home, we picked up a Papa Murphy's pizza and some root beer for dinner. I decorated the house with a "CONGRATULATIONS" sign and even bought Brian a gift, a new RED hat for the summer. Brian loved getting spoiled and he deserved it. What a big day for Brian! Wahoo! "SCHooL's OuT, ScREAm and SHoUT!"

wow. He's so grown up! I think he was only two last time I saw him. Looks like a lot of fun! My favorite color is red too so I appreciate his obsession.
That looks so fun, way to go BRIAN!!!
