24-Hour House Guests

Sam's parents were out West visiting all of their kids when we moved into our house. They were our first house guests. We moved in on a Wednesday night and they arrived around 12:30pm on Friday. It is always great to see them even though it was only a 24-hour visit.

Brian and Tyler loved playing with their grandparents. It took Tyler a little while to warm up to them (probably since he hadn't seen them for 9 months). We went on a walk around the neighborhood, watched Curious George, played in the toy room, shared a homemade lasagna dinner, watched the movie, "Next," and visited with one another. Oh yeah, and I can't forget the John Deere fruit snacks that I purposefully bought to share with them. (Sam's dad works as a Mechanical Engineer for John Deere).

We were so glad that they came to see us! Hopefully, it won't be another 9 months or more before we see them again!

**I feel bad that I didn't get any pictures of Grandma Ward with her grandsons this time.... Oops!
