Who's the Birthday Boy??

It's Brian! Today is Brian's 4th Birthday! I can't believe I've been a mother for four years! How do I begin to describe my boy?! I could go on and on about him. Brian is very energetic and makes friends very easily. He loves life and learning new things. He makes sure that I'm being kind by saying, "Ssssh! Quiet!" whenever I raise my voice. Maybe Brian will grow up to be a peacemaker in our home like his dad?!


Here are some of Brian's favorite things to do these days:

- help in the kitchen (dishes and making treats)
- go to preschool
- go to church
- play with Play Doh
- watch the clock until his favorite show, Curious George comes on (he's sad when he misses the show)
- play with his V Smile Game System (the video games he has are Zoo Adventures, Bob the Builder, and Elmo)
- play computer games on the Playhouse Disney website (his favorites are Mickey Mouse Clubhouse and Handy Manny)
- feeds his baby brother, Tyler
- take family walks on the mountain trails

Some of Brian's favorite things:


- For lunch, he eats his grilled cheese sandwiches on his red plate (very specific, I know)
- For dinner, he prefers pizza or tacos
- Favorite letter: B (for "Brian," of course)
- Favorite number: 2 (I'm guessing he likes the number 2 because 2 o'clock is when Curious George is on)

Anyway, we celebrated Brian's birthday a little early by taking him to Ogden's Treehouse Museum. It was awesome and the boys loved it. Here's proof:

Then, we went to visit Aunt Amy in Salt Lake. We fed the ducks and had french toast with strawberries and whipped cream for dinner. Brian even put together a castle puzzle with Aunt Amy's help. We had fun.

So, this morning, Brian has preschool. He's taking one of his favorite store bought treats (Little Debbie's Nutty Buddy bars) to share with his class. I bet they'll sing "Happy Birthday" to him too.
