What Can a Snowman Teach You?

I thought this was a good thought. Thanks, Marion!

***All I need to know about life. . .
I learned from a SNOWMAN!

It's OK if you're a little bottom heavy.
Hold your ground, even when the heat is on.
Wearing white is always appropriate.
It takes a few extra rolls to make a good midsection.
There's nothing better than a foul weather friend.
The key to life is to be a jolly, happy soul.
We're all made up of mostly water.
Avoid yellow snow.
Don't get too much sun.
It's fun to hang out in your own front yard.

I totally forgot that you wanted the recipie that I mentioned on one of my posts. Sorry!! Here it is! Hope you have a Merry Christmas!

Holiday Logs

3/4 c Karo Syrup
3/4 c sugar
3/4 c peanut butter
4 1/2 c rice krispies
6 oz pkg semi-sweet chocolate chips

In large pan comibe Karo syrup and the sugar. Cook until it starts to bubble. Add peanut butter and let it melt. Mix in the Rice Krispies. Spread the Rice Krispie mixture evenly, onto a buttered cookie sheet.

In a double boiler, melt the chocolate chips. Once melted, spread the choclate onto the Rice Krispies. (Hint: Leave about an inch of Rice Krispies showing around the edge)

Cut length wise (this makes 2 logs) and roll up. Put logs onto wax paper and roll up the logs. Chill in fridge. Once chilled, take them out of the fridge and warm them to room temprature. Then cut and enjoy!
