This dish is something easy to make the night before, throw it in the fridge, and then heat up in the morning for breakfast (or dinner) :) Oh, and F.Y.I., the missionaries seem to like this meal too. Breakfast on Christmas morning is my favorite breakfast of the year. Sam has been the family member in charge of preparing this diah on Christmas Eve. Yup, that's right my friends, MY MAN CAN COOK!
Egg Casserole

1 dozen eggs
1 loaf white bread
½ lb. Shredded Mozzarella cheese
½ lb. Shredded cheddar cheese
1 lb. Cooked and Regular Jimmy Dean sausage
1 lb. Cooked and shredded bacon
1 C. milk
Break the bread, cooked shredded bacon, and cooked sausage into small pieces. Put bread, bacon, and sausage into a greased 9 x 13 inch glass pan and mix together. In a separate bowl, beat eggs thoroughly, add milk, and beat some more. Pour evenly into the 9 x 13 pan. Cover with tin foil. Bake @ 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Remove tin foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
